About Garrett…

I’ve always loved building and fixing things. It started when I was a kid playing in my dads shop and later helping him at work. My father built custom homes in New Hampshire and I learned from an early age to work with wood and tools. After serving on active duty in the Air Force as KC-10 Boom Operator, I attended the Landing School of Boat Building and Design in Kennebunkport, Maine where I learned how to build wooden boats. From there, I was hired by French and Webb in Belfast, Maine. I quickly became a master carpenter working in the joinery shop specializing in the interior furniture and cabin houses. I learned a lot about fine woodworking there and I utilize those skills today in my own shop. I also continue to serve our country today in Air Force Reserve.
